MISSION
To build a sisterhood while improving the academic achievement, self-esteem, social competence and avoidance of problem/high-risk behavior by providing lifetime relationships with female youth to help them achieve their greatest potential.
VISION
To be the most influential mentoring program through the eyes of our educational systems, parents, community and young ladies. We expect to build community support for our young ladies, which in turn allows each of them to develop and obtain sustainable goals for themselves, while being capable of making informed, and responsible decisions as involved members of our community.
